My name is Diego Rueda, I am an artist from Colombia and I live in Bogota. This website is a portfolio of my recent work. I work mostly with ink and watercolours in small sizes.

To me these techniques mean a pure form of representation and expression, because there is always a struggle between my precision, my mood, the accidents and the mistakes. Watercolours and ink share the imposibility of re doing, of disguising, of erasing. Once you start the only turning point is to restart all over again.

My work deals with the sense and forms of imperfection, failure and deceit.
